follow, listen, do not fall

i have a heart, a heart that follows the flesh but not the Spirit...
i know, and i yearn that i can listen and obey...

"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak." Matthew 26:41

Lord, help me to not fall once again. Hear my cry Lord. I do not want to hurt You anymore...

Lord, please help me trust in You...

Just like You said in service today, i can lean on You, and You are in control at all times.
